Polished stainless steel cap with a 5/16" gold plated cap band and clip, complimented with a green plastic barrel fitted with a 14k solid gold lifetime nib in extra fine grade, made in the USA. The pen clip is stamped Lifetime, the cap and barrel are also stamped with Sheaffer's Lifetime, made in USA.
This pen in not supplied with a convertor or a box, however I have them available for sale if required.
