Blue plastic cap and barrel, trimmed with chrome plate and fitted with a stainless steel inlaid nib in medium grade with matching colour gripping section. Made in the USA with the original price and model number sticker still attached to the cap, however it's quite faint.
This pen in not supplied with a convertor or a box, however I have them available for sale if required.
