Sheaffer Targa 1180 Cadmium Yellow Swirl Ballpen.
Cadmium yellow swirl laque finish with 23 carat gold electroplated trim. The depth and quality of this finish is a result of being individually hand lacquered 14 times and polished, also by hand, to deep, luminous glow. A new old stock example. This finish was part of the colour pallette collection 1995-1996.
