Palladium plated chased finish cap and a garnet red lacquered barrel, accented with 23K electroplated gold and fitted with a chevron pattern two tone stainless steel nib in extra fine grade.The cap band is detailed with the vintage 'Sheaffer's logo and USA, a pearled inset is fitted into the end cap.
